Organic white wine with a unique flavour, capable of giving the taster the authentic flavor of Abruzzo.

Product nature: White wine of controlled origin, 100% organic, obtained from the vineyards of our estate, in the heart of Abruzzo, between Roseto and Morro d'Oro.
Grapes: 100% pecorino
Cultivation system: pergola
Harvest period: first ten days of September
Harvest: the harvest is carried out manually and mechanically, the grapes are placed in small crates
Crushing: separation of the stalks and non-energetic pressing to respect their integrity of the grapes
Vinification: the pressed grapes are subjected to soft pressing. The must obtained is decanted in steel barrels
Fermentation: fermentation is spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts, at a controlled temperature of 16° C
Maturation: before bottling, it rests for 6 months in steel
Alcohol content: 12.5%
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Pale straw yellow color with brilliant reflections.
On the nose it is intense and persistent with hints of exotic fruit, floral with evidence of orange blossom and aromatic herbs.
On the palate it is harmonious, persistent, with good freshness and well balanced with softness.
Excellent as a still aperitif. Ideal with refined appetizers, fish dishes and eggs. This wine is suitable for young consumption, preferably within the year following the one of production in order to appreciate all its best organoleptic characteristics.
White vinification: with selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation: no. Aging: yes, in steel for at least 60 days. Average life of wine: 1/2 years.
