Refund policy

Returns are available within 14 days from the delivery date of your merchandise.

In case, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Simply follow 3 steps to make your return:

1. Send a return request to Forzieri using our web form or by sending an email to help@forzieri.com and include your order number, a list of the items you wish to return, and the type of return requested (exchange, store credit, or refund).

2. If your order is eligible for return, Forzieri will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, including the address where to ship your package.

3. Follow the return instructions and ship the item back to us.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs to our warehouse in Italy are the responsibility of the customer. Any return customs duties and taxes, when and where applicable, will be fully covered by Forzieri.

• Repack the product in its original boxes, including warranties. Do not include any other markings or text on the package except
what is specified in our return instructions.

• We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that
the item has been used. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

• All our items are carefully double-checked before to ship, in case you'd receive an item that seems to be defective or that may have been damaged during transportation, please notifiy to help@forzieri.com within 48 hours since receipt time.
